Flash Runtime
The Flash Runtime is an Adobe Flash
framework that renders XML documents as Flash applications. Example
applications include rendering on-line course content, web forms, and
online presentations.
The Flash Runtime aims to:
* Provide an XML format and presentation model for e-learning content
* Enable simple XML files to become Rich Internet Applications via Flash
* Provide a next generation data gathering and reporting framework for e-learning
* Work well with the SCORM standard (1.2 and 2004), and SCORM-enabled LMS Products
* Reference content rather than replicate content
* Enable DRM and commerce for
reusable content
