Remote Desktop Support
- Remote Desktop Support (RDS) allows you to share your desktop with CTLN Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Remote Desktop Support (RDS) can only be initiated by your computer, and RDS does not leave your computer open to intrusion by others. In fact, RDS completely uninstalls itself after each support call, leaving no residual presence on your computer. RDS also gives you the choice of secure (encrypted) or unsecure connections. Connecting to CTLN Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) allows them to quickly visualize and resolve technical problems associated with a course. Rest assured, CSRs will never take action that changes your computer's configuration without your express consent.
