Troubleshooting Tips

As we encounter problems and develop trouble shooting techniques, we will add them here.

  • QuickTime is installed but will not stream.

    Possible Reasons:

    Sometimes, the presence of both RealOne and QuickTime will prevent QuickTime from streaming any video.

    Solutions:

    None. QuickTime can't be fixed. RealOne seems to damage QuickTime permanantly. However, RealOne will play the streams with the EnvivioTV Plugin.
